Crow Goes Solo

Crow Goes Solo

2004

About

The crow is a symbol of the blackness and chaos of the beginning stages of alchemy. “Crow Goes Solo” explores the territory of transformation through the metaphor of an alchemic process. This work is the second movement in a longer study called “Crow Variations.”

Karen Jamieson performed Crow Goes Solo at the “Older and Reckless” series, a MoonHorse Dance Theatre Production.

Where:

Dancemakers Centre for Creation, 5 Mill Street, Ste 313, Toronto, Canada.

When:

There was also a special “Coffee and Conversation” with Karen Jamieson and Elizabeth Langley, on Saturday, November 13 at 4pm at the Dancemakers Studio, hosted by Carol Anderson.
