This informal studio showing contained phrases, ideas and movements that would feed the work-in-progress showing of HERE (working title) 2015 at the Heart of the City Festival Nov. 2015 which will in turn feed the final production of Metamorphose in 2016.

Watch the dancer show you the inner workings of their dance workshops and get a sneak peek of how they are creating their new dance piece (coming in 2016). You can join in and learn some of the movements they study in the workshop or sit back and enjoy the action!
